A check that I was assured by my insurance broker was being processed in ACH was supposed to be handled before the first. I was assured that I would have funds by the first. I believed them and forgot to double check. Well, the deposit did not arrive and my payment to you was returned NSF. You did not make a big deal out of it. It was my mistake and the past 3 months have been quite challenging for me and I am just now seeing my way out of the darkness, so your team simply doing the old try again on the transaction was absolutely the best for me with upgrade card reviews.
