Howdy! I have been a regular PlayStation customer for many years and I am very disappointed with our last meeting. I bought a game with poor quality content that didn't work on my game console. When I contacted customer service they refused to refund my money for a very long time. But I was persistent, brought them points from the terms of use and purchases, and finally, they agreed to return the money to me. I think that such a big company should take better care of its customers.
