New York. Wie bereits bekannt gegeben wurde, könnte Beyonce die Gewinnerin schlecht hin werden bei der MTV Video Music Awards 2016. Nominiert wurde die talentierte Sängerin gleich elf mal.

Unter anderem wurde Beyonce in den Kategorien "Video des Jahres", "Bestes Video einer Künstlerin" und "Beste Choreographie" aufgelistet. Doch wie man weiß, schläft die Konkurrenz nie denn Adele ist dicht hinter ihr. Immerhin wurde Adele gleich neun Mal nominiert mit ihrem größten Hit "Hello". Unter anderem dürfen sich aber auch Kanye West für "Famous", Drake für "Hotline Bling" oder auch Justin Bieber für "Sorry" über mehrere Nominierungen freuen. Vergeben werden die Preise dieses Jahr am 28. August 2016 in New York.
