die Innovation ist bei unserem Radiosender ein wichtiger Kernpunkt. Wir bemühen uns ständig, neue Addons bzw. Erweiterungen für euch bereit zustellen. In letzter Zeit wurde in verschiedenen deutschen Community´s über unsere begehrten Premium Accounts diskutiert, sowie über einen schwachen bis mangelhaften Support und über verschiedene Probleme, die bei der Bestellung der genannten Accounts auftreten. Wir haben uns für euch zusammengesetzt, um eine neue Lösung zu finden. Nach langer Überlegung einigten wir uns, auf einen neuen Supportbereich für Premium Benutzer. BlackBeats.FM setzt sehr viel Wert auf das wohlergehen seiner Benutzer, deshalb ist der Support fast kostenlos. Bei unserem neuen Support könnt ihr euch Beispielweise melden, wenn ihr Fragen zur Bestellung, oder einfach ein Problem mit einen vorhandenen Account habt. Ihr erreicht den Support 24 Stunden und 5 Tage die Woche per E-Mail und jeden Werktag von 19.00 - 22.00 Uhr ebenfalls per Hotline. Unsere Supportabteilung freut sich auf eure Fragen oder Anregungen.
